Brittany and Jeremiah’s Columbia Edge Water Golf Club Wedding

December 5, 2016

Nothing says spring weddings like peach, blush, fuschia, coral and white.  You may recognize some of these photos from my homepage. This is one of my favorite designs of the year! Brittany and Jeremiah’s wedding was at Columbia Edge Water Golf Club- we love working with their team and the ballroom has so much gorgeous natural light!

For Brittany’s bouquet,  we used three types of roses- garden roses, traditional roses and spray roses, as well as hydrangea and ranunculus. We wrapped the stem in a white satin ribbon and completed the look with the prettiest of bows!

For the escort card display, we created an arrangement with willow branches and suspended white orchids and crystal strands. At the base were a variety of pillar vases with candles.

Centerpieces were created with  many of the same florals as Britany’s bouquet, with the addition of carnations, stock and LOTS of floating candles. It was romantic, classic and cheerful.

We decorated the cake with a cascade of garden roses and stock, sprinkling rose petals around the base. They looked gorgeous with the gold sequin linen!

We love working with the garden roses. The Juliet variety is not only gorgeous, but it smells heavenly and it’s a nice full bloom. You don’t need many to make a BIG impact. They’re also a great alternative to the peonies when they’re not in season! If you want soft, romantic florals, the garden rose is a worthy consideration!
